Return of a Product Assembled According to the Consumer’s Requirements

A product, including a shield of appreciation, trophy, pin, medal, laser cut/metal images or any type of reward of any kind, that was assembled and/or created on the site according to the wishes and requirements of the consumer, cannot be cancelled and/or returned (if provided to the customer) and/or replaced, except to the extent that a defect is discovered in the production of one of its components or in the event of a discrepancy between the product supplied and the one agreed upon in the order, without derogating from the above, the company will be entitled (but not obliged), in accordance with the law and at its sole discretion, to act differently from the above.
In the event of cancellation of the order after graphic simulation has been performed and before production, the customer will be able to cancel the order and receive a financial credit in the form of a payment offset for the graphic work in the amount of 292 NIS including VAT.

A purchase transaction for a product that was assembled according to the customer’s requirements without a manufacturing defect and/or non-conformity will be subject to cancellation at the company’s discretion and subject to the store’s laboratory test that the product was returned in good condition and unused. In such a case, the company will be entitled to approve the cancellation of the transaction and charge the customer a cancellation fee in the total amount of 20% of the transaction cost.

In any case of cancellation and credit, the company will credit the customer in the manner in which he paid. In the case of cash payment, the refund will be in the form of a cash check sent to the customer’s address by registered mail within 14 days of the date of cancellation. Credit cards will be credited with the credit card company.

Any case of cancellation and credit and/or exchange is conditional on the presentation of the original invoice for its purchase.

In no case can the product be returned if 14 days have passed from the date of purchase.

If the product was provided to the customer, the customer is required to return the product to one of the branches, complete, intact and in its original packaging (with the original invoice).

If the customer suspects that the product is defective within the first 14 days of receiving the shipment, the customer must come to one of the store’s laboratories and submit the product for inspection.

If the product is found to be defective, the customer can receive a new product without additional shipping fees or alternatively get their money back and receive a refund for the shipping fees paid, as long as the product was originally sent to the customer.

Shipping fees will be collected before the product is sent, together with the order. It is agreed that proof of shipment constitutes conclusive evidence that the customer received the product.

Cancellation of a transaction by the store

The store may cancel a transaction or sale in whole or in part in the following cases:

If an error was made in displaying the item in the store and/or in shipping the product to the customer, whether in the product price or in the product description and specifications.

If it is discovered that a communication failure and/or any other technical problem has occurred that has distorted the product price and/or product description.

In the event of prevention and/or delay due to force majeure, such as, but without derogating from the generality of the foregoing: an act of war, hostility, terrorism, cyber sabotage, intentional or unintentional malfunction on the store’s website, strikes and shutdowns, unusual natural events, malfunctions in credit card clearing and any other reason that is not the result of an act or omission of the store and/or in any case in which the store has decided, at its discretion, that there is a concern that the purchase is being made as part of a wholesale purchase and/or that the products are being purchased for resale by the buyer or someone on his behalf.

If the product is out of stock in the online store’s warehouse after or before a sale has been made (but has not yet been sent to the customer).

When there is a concern, at the store’s discretion, that the consideration for the purchase will not be received

Any cancellation of a transaction made in accordance with the provisions of this section, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee for the transaction.
